ARTWORK
Once the final artwork is finished, we will have our desktop publisher to look through the file and prepare the artwork for color proofing.
COLOR
PROOFING
After receiving the artwork, we will use our color proofing printer to print a set of color proof for your approval. The printer uses a High Dynamic Range (HDR) ink and is able to deliver a smooth tonal gradation from shadow to highlight, excellent color stability and provide a high accuracy with the final printing.
COMPUTER
TO PLATE (CTP)
Upon confirmation of color proof, our desktop publisher will arrange the final artwork to be casted into the CTP.
OFFSET
PRINTING
Lastly, the casted plates will be placed into the offset printer. The inked image is then transferred from the casted plate onto a rubber blanket then to a printing surface.
POST
PRESS
While some printing jobs are delivered as printed, most printing is usually not complete until it is converted into a "finished" product. Post press includes various types of finish work such as trimming, embossing, foiling, die-cutting, scoring, folding and bindery.
